These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Jojo the Jeweler program, website, landing pages, checkout pages, course materials, community, mentorship, live calls, digital content, and related services offered by JoJo The Jeweler Inc. doing business as Jojo the Jeweler.
By purchasing, accessing, or using the program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the program.
Jojo the Jeweler offers educational content, training, resources, and mentorship related to jewelry sales, custom jewelry, brand building, client acquisition, social media marketing, deposits, vendor relationships, and business development.
The program is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a franchise, employment opportunity, agency relationship, partnership, investment offering, or guaranteed business opportunity.
We do not guarantee that you will make money, get customers, sell jewelry, work with celebrities, build a brand, or achieve any specific financial result.
Any examples, stories, sales numbers, screenshots, testimonials, or references to Jojo’s personal success are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only. They are not promises, guarantees, or representations that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, skill, market, discipline, sales ability, social media execution, customer relationships, capital, timing, and business decisions.
You understand that building a jewelry business involves risk, and you may make no money or lose money.
The program does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, or professional business advice.
You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making business, legal, financial, tax, or investment decisions.
You are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including consumer protection laws, sales tax rules, business licensing requirements, advertising rules, contract laws, and any laws related to jewelry sales, precious metals, customs, imports, or financing.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in the program.
If you are under 18, you may only participate with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and the parent or guardian must be the purchaser and responsible party.
By purchasing, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for errors, delays, declines, holds, or issues caused by third-party processors, banks, card issuers, or payment platforms.
If a payment plan is offered, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method according to the payment schedule disclosed at checkout.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the program.
Unless a different written refund policy is clearly stated on the checkout page, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Because the program includes digital education, proprietary materials, community access, and/or mentorship access, you understand that you are receiving immediate value upon purchase.
If a refund guarantee is specifically offered on the checkout page, the terms of that guarantee will control. Any refund request must strictly comply with the stated requirements, deadlines, and conditions of that guarantee.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals made without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of access. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks, recover owed amounts, and pursue collection of unpaid balances where permitted by law.
For full details, see the Refund Policy.
After purchase, you may receive access to course videos, documents, templates, live calls, community channels, private groups, recordings, downloads, or other materials.
Access is personal to you only. You may not share your login, distribute materials, resell access, copy content, record private sessions, or allow another person to use your account.
We may update, modify, replace, remove, or discontinue parts of the program at any time.
Lifetime access, if offered, means access for the lifetime of the program as operated by us, not your lifetime or the lifetime of any individual person.
If the program includes a community, group chat, mentorship, calls, or office hours, you agree to act professionally.
You may not harass, threaten, abuse, spam, solicit, scam, impersonate others, share false information, promote competing programs, poach members, or engage in conduct that damages the community or our brand.
We reserve the right to remove you from any community, call, or mentorship environment if we determine your behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, dishonest, or harmful.
Mentorship, calls, office hours, or support may be subject to scheduling, availability, time limits, platform rules, and participation requirements.
All program materials are owned by us or our licensors. This includes videos, scripts, frameworks, documents, templates, worksheets, training materials, call recordings, branding, logos, website copy, designs, and other content.
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the program for your own personal education and business implementation.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publish, upload, share, teach, modify, create derivative products from, or commercially exploit any program materials without our written permission.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination without refund and may subject you to legal action.
You may receive private strategies, vendor information, scripts, business methods, community discussions, pricing concepts, deal structures, or other confidential information.
You agree not to disclose, publish, distribute, or misuse confidential information obtained through the program.
This obligation continues after your access to the program ends.
If you submit comments, feedback, testimonials, reviews, screenshots, success stories, videos, photos, or other content to us, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and distribute that content for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.
We may identify you by your first name, business name, social media handle, image, likeness, or other information you voluntarily provide, unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
You represent that anything you submit is truthful and does not violate the rights of any third party.
We may teach methods for finding customers, building a brand, selling custom jewelry, taking deposits, working with vendors, or structuring deals.
However, we do not provide guaranteed clients, celebrities, vendors, suppliers, financing, inventory, deals, profits, or business relationships.
You are solely responsible for choosing who you work with, how you sell, how you price, how you collect deposits, how you fulfill orders, and how you handle customer service.
You understand that jewelry sales and custom jewelry businesses involve risk, including customer disputes, vendor issues, manufacturing delays, quality problems, refund requests, chargebacks, shipping issues, theft, fraud, market changes, and cash flow problems.
You are responsible for your own business decisions, contracts, representations, advertising, pricing, deposits, fulfillment, refunds, taxes, licenses, insurance, and legal compliance.
We are not responsible for your losses, disputes, failed deals, vendor problems, customer issues, or business decisions.
You may not use the program or materials to:
The program may use third-party platforms such as payment processors, course platforms, messaging apps, video platforms, social media platforms, scheduling software, or community tools.
We do not control those third-party platforms and are not responsible for their downtime, data practices, rules, fees, restrictions, or technical issues.
Your use of third-party platforms may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, misuse program materials, disrupt the community, make false statements, engage in fraud, or act in a way that harms us, our members, or our brand.
Termination does not cancel any payment obligations owed by you.
If your access is terminated for violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund.
The program and all related materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or that the program will produce any specific result.
We do not warrant that the website, checkout, community, course platform, or program materials will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, customer disputes, vendor disputes, or business losses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the program will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the program.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
