Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: This Refund Policy is part of and incorporated into the JoJo The Jeweler Terms of Service. By purchasing, enrolling, submitting payment, or accessing the program, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

Unless a different refund policy is clearly stated in writing at checkout or in a signed written agreement, all sales are final and non-refundable.

The JoJo The Jeweler program includes digital education, proprietary materials, training, community access, mentorship access, vendor education, business frameworks, and other educational resources. Because these materials and resources can be accessed immediately after purchase, value may be delivered immediately upon enrollment.

2. No Refund for Change of Mind or Decision Not to Pursue

Choosing that you no longer want to pursue the program, no longer feel interested, changed your mind, became too busy, decided the program is not for you, or decided not to start a jewelry business is not an eligible reason for a refund.

A refund request cannot be based only on personal regret, lack of time, lack of effort, failure to participate, failure to implement, dissatisfaction with your own progress, financial difficulty after purchase, or a decision that you no longer want to move forward.

3. Refund Eligibility Before Access or Use Only

If a refund is considered or permitted, it is only available where the purchaser has not accessed, opened, clicked into, viewed, downloaded, used, consumed, scheduled, attended, or benefited from any part of the program or related materials.

To be eligible for consideration, the refund request must be made before any program access or use has occurred. Once a purchaser accesses or uses any part of the program, the sale is final and the purchaser is no longer eligible for a refund.

4. What Counts as Access or Use

For purposes of this Refund Policy, access or use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Logging into the course platform, portal, member area, or training dashboard;
  • Clicking into, opening, viewing, or playing any module, lesson, video, recording, document, checklist, template, script, worksheet, vendor training, or program resource;
  • Downloading, saving, copying, screenshotting, printing, or otherwise consuming any program material;
  • Joining, accessing, reading, posting in, or participating in any private community, group chat, Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Circle, Facebook group, or similar platform;
  • Scheduling, attending, joining, or receiving access to any call, mentorship session, office hours, live training, onboarding call, or private support;
  • Receiving or using vendor information, supplier information, scripts, frameworks, introductions, strategies, pricing guidance, or other proprietary information;
  • Receiving personalized assistance, support, feedback, accountability, or business guidance from JoJo The Jeweler or its team.

5. Platform and Access Records

We may use course platform records, login history, click data, video view data, download logs, community access records, call attendance records, email records, payment records, support records, and other available information to determine whether a purchaser has accessed or used the program.

If our records show that a purchaser has accessed, clicked into, opened, viewed, downloaded, joined, scheduled, attended, or used any part of the program, the purchaser will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Non-Eligible Refund Reasons

The following are not eligible reasons for a refund:

  • I changed my mind;
  • I do not want to pursue the program anymore;
  • I decided not to start or continue a jewelry business;
  • I got too busy or do not have enough time;
  • I did not use the program after purchasing it;
  • I did not implement the training;
  • I did not get the results I wanted;
  • I expected different results, faster results, or guaranteed results;
  • I had financial issues after purchasing;
  • I forgot about the purchase, missed calls, missed trainings, or failed to log in;
  • I was approved or enrolled but later decided the program was not for me.

7. How to Submit a Refund Request

Any refund request must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The request must include the purchaser’s full name, email address used at purchase, purchase date, amount paid, and a clear explanation of why the refund is being requested.

By submitting a refund request, the purchaser represents that they have not accessed, clicked into, opened, viewed, downloaded, joined, scheduled, attended, used, or benefited from any part of the program.

8. Review and Decision

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. JoJo The Jeweler reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests in its sole discretion, consistent with this Refund Policy and applicable law.

If a refund request is denied because the purchaser accessed or used the program, the sale remains final and the purchaser remains responsible for any outstanding payment obligations.

9. Payment Plans

If the purchaser enrolls through a payment plan, all scheduled payments remain due unless a refund or cancellation is approved in writing by JoJo The Jeweler. Failure to use the program, failure to log in, or deciding not to continue does not cancel a payment plan or remove the purchaser’s payment obligations.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Purchasers agree to contact [email protected] before filing any chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after accessing or using the program may be treated as a violation of the Terms of Service.

JoJo The Jeweler reserves the right to dispute chargebacks, provide access records and purchase records to payment processors, recover unpaid amounts, suspend or terminate access, and pursue collection of outstanding balances where permitted by law.

Checkout Acknowledgment. By purchasing, I understand that all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. I understand that deciding not to pursue the program is not an eligible reason for a refund.
